Job Responsibilities:
I. Industry Analysis and Research:
1、Coordinate and continuously improve and update the panorama of the AMPS industry chain;
2、Regularly track and analyze the dynamics of the AMPS market and the upstream and downstream industries of AMPS, analyze the new needs and new technology trends of end customers, identify and define new application opportunities;
3、Visit downstream customers from time to time, collect and analyze the needs of downstream customers of AMPS, analyze the industry characteristics and pain points of downstream applications.
II. Marketing Planning and Promotion:
1、Coordinate and formulate the company's annual marketing strategy and plan;
2、For different downstream application areas of AMPS (especially in the oilfield additive field), combine the company's resources, technical characteristics, and the characteristics of end customer needs, the development trends of new technologies and new equipment of leading companies in the industry, to formulate marketing plans for different downstream application areas of AMPS, and output application solutions of AMPS in different downstream areas;
3、Mobilize different forms of media resources such as online, offline, and third parties, organize customer seminars and training to provide market support for the business.
III. Employee Training:
1、Responsible for training the company's internal marketing department, R&D department, etc., to improve the understanding and replication ability of the marketing department, R&D department, etc., on the industry, sub-markets, and application opportunities.
Daily Work and Reporting:
1、Continuously learn knowledge about the target industry, be familiar with various internal processes of the company, and always maintain a highly professional personal image in front of customers;
2、Take the initiative to complete various reports, including market analysis reports, industry promotion reports, project follow-up reports, business trip reports, monthly reports, etc.
Qualifications:
1、Bachelor's degree or above, major in chemical engineering, petroleum, marketing, or other engineering-related majors.
2、Have more than 3 years of work experience in market development, application development, technology research and development, or production and sales in the oilfield additive field, especially in related industries such as polyacrylamide, AMPS, have a deep understanding of the markets and applications of polyacrylamide, AMPS, and are familiar with the industry business model and main manufacturers.
3、Have relevant knowledge in marketing, business negotiation, finance, law, etc.
4、Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, cross-functional team leadership ability. Have strong market insight and conceptual thinking, problem construction and analysis ability, excellent resource integration ability and project management experience.
5、Master the use of common office software and have basic network application knowledge.
